These came on a brand new Jeep srt. At 12000 miles the dealership says that they are defective and can not be balanced. Because they are factory tires the dealership will not warranty them and I have to buy new ones and send these to Pirelli to get what they determine a prorated price. Then after finding out that they were placed on the vehicle more than 12 months ago that there is no warranty what so ever and they will not refund any part of them. I bought the vehicle less than 13 months ago brand new and it had 486 miles on it from test drives and being moved from different dealerships and nobody is going to warranty them. I am a disabled army vet who came back from Iraq with bone wear in both knees and overstretched tendons in both feet. My disability allows me to purchase my dream suv as I am far from a rich man. These tires run once installed in excess of $2000 and are suppose to be better than 60,000 mile tread life. It is really upsetting to have to buy new tires so soon completely out of pocket, due to lack of customer service or them not standing behind there product no better than this. I could not even get anyone on the phone through the customer phone #, as it was just an automated service that hung up on me every time I tried to contact them. It was only after I had a dealer call them that I found out the would offer no warranty on them at all.
