Street/Sport Truck All-Season light truck tires are for drivers who want a combination of aggressive, low-profile tires/large rim diameter wheels to enhance their vehicle’s appearance and handling withall-season versatility, including traction in light snow. Street/Sport Truck All-Season tires branded with the M+S symbol are sometimes used as Original Equipment (O.E.) on 2WD and 4WD light and medium-duty pickup, crossover and sport utility vehicles.

O.E. Street/Sport Truck All-Season light truck tires are typically purchased as direct replacements for worn-out pairs/sets of the vehicle’s original tires. They can also be used for other vehicle applications in complete sets of four or axle pairs if available in an appropriate size, load range andspeed rating to match the existing O.E. tires’ performance category and specifications.

  1. This tire looks great on the SUV and does a good job of making you feel like you have on the right pair of shoes to do almost anything. My disappointment with this tire was that it makes the ground feel hard and the tires produce a lot of chatter that you can not only hear but also feel in the steering wheel and accelerator. The wear was great I had 40k on them and no cupping, spotting, and plenty of tread remaining. In fact they still felt like the day I had them installed. If it was not for a nail next to the side wall they would still be on the vehicle. I replaced them with the Extremecontact DWS 06 by Continental they feel like you are in command of a cloud. Sorry Pirelli… I have owned 4 sets of different P-Zeros and thought I was in love but after meeting the Continental’s, well lets just say I may have a new love. I will no more in a couple of months once the Continental’s have had a good workout.

  2. 21 Inch tires ( 265/45R-21) are hard to find for the Infiniti FX/QX and the options are very limited. I was excited to find these tires as they seemed to check all the right boxes for what I was looking for. More than anything, I did NOT want to purchase another set of the OEM Bridgestone Duelers. While the ride and handling on these Pirelli’s were great, the road noise was just atrocious. I don’t really fault the tires themselves, I think they just don’t play nicely with the Infiniti FX or perhaps the AWD system. TireRack was really helpful and let me exchange the Pirelli tires. By getting a slightly wider tire, I was able to open up another option or two and chose the 275/45R21 Continental CrossContact LX Sport. While the Continentals are not as sporty feeling as the Pirelli’s, they are quieter and are getting the job done. I’m not advising against the Pirelli’s here for most cars, but for my experience they just don’t work well on the Infiniti FX/QX. It actually made me realize the Bridgestones might not have been so bad afterall. What I learned from all this is…. never buy a car with a 21″ wheel option!

  3. The car rides, drives, and handles good, but the tires are worn out with only 13,500 miles. I don’t drive aggressively or spin tires. Would definitely not buy these tires.

  4. This tire with 21,000 miles is now at less the 2/32 wear. And for the high cost to these they are way over priced for miles result

  5. Noisier than I expected. I replaced the Asemetrico that came with the truck. Rating is good, noise is very noticeable at 40 mph. Not so much at 60+ as wind noise increases

  6. 26K miles and at wear bars! Otherwise ok tire. Told Volvo dealer that he’ll have to put Continentals on wife’s next car if he wants to sell us another Volvo.

  7. These came stock on my 2020 GLE, along with 315/40s in the rear. No complaints so far, but don’t have a lot of miles or adverse driving condition yet. Will report back in a few months.

  8. I was looking for a new tire to run on my Range Rover (full size) and to replace the Goodyear Eagle F1 that came with the vehicle. Sidenote – I have not used this tire in snow, but will update my review at a later date. I chose these because they are the newer version of the Pirelli Scorpion Verde AND because they have Noise Cancelling. I know what you’re thinking, how could that work, but it does. Inside the car, the noise reduction is substantial (3-5db) and having a casual conversation on a long trip doesn’t leave you hoarse. They seem to absorb the “bouncing basketball”-like noise from the tires as you travel over expansion joints – it’s a game changer. As far as performance, these are same or better than the Eagle F1s they replace. Turn-in grip, stability, wet performance, and dirt road performance are all VERY GOOD. They are a little more expensive, but they do have a higher wear rating than the Goodyear Eagle F1s and I would recommend them to anyone looking for this as an OEM replacement. I’ve already recommended them to a number of friends.

  9. The original tires on my 2018 Audi SQ5 lasted about 13K miles. The Florida heat can take a lot out of the softer compound tires. Since I didn’t want to buy tires every year, I went with a harder compound. So far so good. The tires are quiet and cornering is pretty good. They look good too. These are XL tires which my car didn’t call for. I did get a call from TR after I ordered explaining these weren’t suited for my car, but knowing someone who had the same car, and had these tires installed at Audi, I knew they would work. I hope to get 30K miles or so out of these. There are limited all season options in the 21″ rim size, but so far I’m happy with these.

  10. The original factory summer tires were totally worn out in about 11,000 miles. I did not want or need summer tires so I began to search for an all-season replacement. I found that these very expensive tires were the only all-season tire made in this specific size. Because of the factory wheel’s 8 inch width and 21 inch diameter, there were no other available choices. After installation, the much improved ride and reduced road noise were immediately noticeable. For me, these tires are much more suitable for my daily driving style, and I can detect very little wear,so far. Hopefully, other tire companies will get on the ball and produce some less expensive alternatives. Finally, a word of caution: NEVER BUY A VEHICLE WITH 21 INCH WHEELS.

  11. These came on my 2020 Explorer ST and they are far superior to the Hankooks that came on the 2014 Explorer Sport. The Hankooks I had to replace the first winter with about 10,000 miles. However, these tires performed better than I expected for an OEM tire. I know the rear wheel driver platform of the new Explorers has something do with that but I have no complaints about these tires.

  12. The Audi SQ5 came standard with summer performance tires with a poor tread life rating. Great dry traction but it’s not dry all year and some trips to the mountains with snow called for something different. I read that the tires were noisy but that was not my experience. So far they’ve been great tires with a decent ride. Of course they don’t corner like the summer performance tires on hot dry pavement but I’d say they are 85% as good. The wet traction and being M+S rated make up for it. I’d recommend them if your looking for an all-season.

  13. After multiple sets of the OEM Michelin Lattitude Tour HP run flats, I decided to try these non-RFT (got a BMW mobility kit). Ride comfort is dramatically improved! These tires have a bit louder “cavity resonance” sound, in other words they have a pinging Noise on rough roads below 45 mph. Steering response is a small bit ‘softer’ than the Michelin run flats, but it’s a good trade for the vastly more comfortable ride. Dry and wet handling seem excellent. Recently I towed a 6000lbs trailer thru some mountain roads and thru a heavy torrential rain storm at highway speeds. The tires performed very very well on these trips. These were about 60% less expensive than the OE Michelin tires. Saving me $800 for the set. That makes these a good deal in my book.
